The Legend of The Starfish
One day a man was walking along the beach. He came across thousands of starfish that had washed ashore. He noticed a little girl throwing the starfish back one by one into the ocean. He asked her "Why are you doing that? Look at this beach! You can't save all of them. You can't make a difference." The young girl paused for a moment before returning to her tasks and answered, "I made a difference for that one!"
